Account and Order Data
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. Account data is used for identity verification, login, and subscription management. Passwords must not be stored in plain text. An email address is not required for registration; if a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, that information is used only to handle the relevant request.
Subscription services require processing order records, plan selections, payment status, and summarized data usage to provide plan benefits, calculate remaining data, verify transactions, and handle refunds. Usage summaries do not include websites visited or communications. When submitting a support ticket, provide only the information needed for troubleshooting. Do not upload passwords, login credentials, or complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy
VPNSong does not keep activity logs: it does not store which websites users access through international routes, browsing or communication content, or DNS query history. It also does not create detailed records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
User connection logs are not retained persistently. Session histories linking accounts, source IP addresses, destination addresses, and connection times are not stored. Temporary state needed to maintain a connection is used only for that active connection and released when it ends; it is not turned into a browsing record. Account status, summarized data usage, and order records are service management data and are handled separately from activity logs.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel use necessary browser storage to maintain login sessions and save language selections and interface preferences. Login credentials may be stored in local storage for use by the browser when the user visits the panel. Logging out clears the saved login state in the current browser.
Cookies and local storage can be cleared in browser settings. You may need to log in again or reset preferences afterward, but clearing them does not automatically delete an account, orders, or subscription benefits. Log out after using a shared device, and do not share credentials saved in the browser with others.
Site Analytics and Payment Processing
Site analytics help assess page visits, entry-point clicks, and feature usage so that content and workflows can be improved. Analytics are limited to website pages and interaction events; they do not collect activity on other websites accessed through international routes. Passwords, login credentials, and subscription links must not be included in analytics events.
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment processing involves third-party payment services or the relevant transaction networks. VPNSong uses order identifiers and payment results to verify benefits and does not request payment account passwords. Data handled independently by third parties is subject to their own rules; information needed to verify a transaction is used only for payment, refunds, and dispute handling.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and payment verification records are retained as needed to fulfill services, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets are retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. Site analytics are retained for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or de-identified; they are not kept indefinitely.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through a user panel support ticket. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve pending matters will be restricted to those purposes and deleted once the reason for retention no longer applies. Clearing local storage is not the same as submitting a deletion request.
Information Protection and Policy Updates
Access to data is limited to what is needed to provide services, maintain accounts, and handle requests. Account information is not shared with unrelated parties except as needed to provide services, handle user requests, or meet legal requirements. When third parties process data, only information necessary for the relevant matter is provided.
Policy updates will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel; consent will be requested separately where required by law.
